Ted Vadakan, co-founder of Poketo, is making a book tour stop in Denver to celebrate Poketo's new book CREATIVE SPACES – just in time for Denver Design Week. The book explores the homes and workspaces of more than 23 entrepreneurs, designers, architects, artists, musicians and more.
Ted will be joined in conversation with local entrepreneurial creatives Jon Hartman, Gillian Grefé and HUNTER LEGGITT STUDIO talking brand building, growing their businesses and the process of making CREATIVE SPACES a reality.

Poketo is an LA-based lifestyle brand born out of the desire to infuse every day with aesthetic intentionality. Poketo has carefully curated and created a collection of design-conscious goods meant to cultivate a creative lifestyle. In addition to their Project Space at ROW DTLA, they have an online store and three other retail locations in Los Angeles where they host art exhibitions, workshops and other events that foster the local creative community.
Ted Vadakan is CEO and co-founder of Poketo, a retail and design brand that has grown from a small startup into a creative hub and destination for lifestyle goods designed to provide art for your everyday. Ted studied film and video production and has a professional background in education, which solidified his love for sharing with people. He and his wife, Angie Myung, launched Poketo and their collaborative products in 2003 with a wallet. In 2004, they relocated from the Bay Area to Los Angeles and opened their first retail location in 2012.
