We host private events in the RiNo Ballroom as well as our rooftop restaurant, The Woods. For information on pricing, capacity, menu options, and more, please contact our events team by filling out a request or explore our event spaces before submitting your request. 

We do not offer courtesy car service at this time. For transportation around Denver, we recommend rideshare services such Lyft and Uber, or scooters. The light rail from DIA is a great way to get downtown as well.

The Source Hotel is located approximately 20 miles from Denver International Airport (DEN). We recommend Uber, Lyft, or taking the Light Rail A-Line from the airport to the 38th & Blake station, which is a short, ten-minute walk from the hotel.

Same-day dry cleaning is available for items dropped off with our Front Desk by 8am, Monday–Friday; items will be returned and delivered to your guest room by 7pm the same day. Please note that same-day dry cleaning is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.

Yes, registered hotel guests enjoy access to our 8th-floor fitness center, featuring cardio equipment, free weights, and Peloton exercise bikes.

Reservations made directly through the hotel may be modified on our website or by calling our Guest Services Team at 720-409-1200. If you have booked through a third-party agent such as Expedia, Priceline, Booking.com, or Hotel Tonight, you will need to contact the booking agent/website directly in order to make any changes.

Reservations made directly through the hotel may be canceled without charge no later than 4pm local time, two days/48 hours prior to arrival; those canceled after this time may incur a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax. Bookings made through third-party agents (e.g. Expedia, Priceline, Booking.com, Hotel Tonight) are subject to the cancellation policies of their respective booking agents; please contact the booking agent/website directly in order to make any changes.

We authorize an additional $250 for your stay upon check in. This is used to cover any incidentals (e.g. parking, in-room mini-bar charges, room service, or any restaurant charges billed to your room). The remainder is released at check out; please allow between three and five business days for the released funds to be available on your card.

Guests will be required to present a credit card and valid photo ID upon check in. Your card will be authorized for the total cost of room/taxes for your stay, plus an additional $250 for incidental charges. This hold will be released upon check out, less any additional charges you may have incurred during your stay.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in at The Source.

Dogs & cats under 75 lbs. are welcome to stay at The Source. There is a one-time $45 pet-fee to have your furry friend join you during your stay. Our pet–friendly experience includes enhanced housekeeping service, dog beds, relief bags, a donation to animal-related causes, and customized itineraries from our Concierge. Our Guest Services Team can gladly recommend nearby kennels if you need to board your pet during your stay. Learn more about our pet policy here.

Self-parking is available in our on-site parking garage, located on the east side of the hotel. Rates for self-parking are as follows:

First hour: free
Two hours: $8
Three hours: $16
Four+ hours: $24 daily maximum
Overnight: $24
Lost ticket charge: $25

Upon arrival at the hotel, please pull up to the north side of the building to unload your luggage and check in. The Front Desk staff can hold your luggage while you park in the parking garage. Once you park, take the elevator to Floor 1*, then proceed through the Market Hall and down the stairs/elevator to the Front Desk. Bring your parking ticket with you if you would like in-and-out privileges.
